The certification process can take 90 days from the date your submission is received.

To request an update, please submit a secure message via provider self-service using the category “Contracting and Credentialing.” When requesting a status update, please provide the practitioner/facility/ACSP NPI and ZIP Code.
If you submitted a certification application through our website, you can check the status here. If your application was submitted another way, it's status will not be available.
